A key federal court decision involving World Vision, one of the largest Christian charitable organizations in the world, was released this week.

Greetings from the Most Rev.Nicholas Okoh Archbishop and Metropolitan of Abjua Primate of all Nigeria Friday July 23, 2010 I bring you greetings in the Name of our Lord Jesus Christ from the Church of Nigeria [Anglican Communion]. It is a privilege and joy for me to be with you at this fourth annual CANA Council.

It is a great privilege to be able to address you at this fourth CANA Council. I am so very grateful for your prayers and your presence here today. CANA is a remarkable community of men and women who are united in their love for Jesus the Christ and His Church but who come from all walks of life and many different parts of the world.

Online pre-registration for CANA Council is closed. But, walk-ins are welcome. Check-in with us Thursday, as early as 7:30am, and then grab a free cup of coffee in the Great Hall until Morning Prayer starts at 8:30am. The Registration Desk this year is not in the church office foyer, but just inside the main entrance near the Sanctuary and the Exhibit Concourse.

Join us at CANA Council 2010 and be sure to plan to stay for the closing midday festal Eucharist and ordination service which will dismiss by 1pm. Archbishop Bob Duncan, of the Anglican Church in North America, will be preaching at this closing celebration. Registration is still open.
